I had a very positive experience, the birth was a textbook, no
intervention, used pool, no pain relief, it was overwhelmingly
intense when DS was coming out but not exactly painful. It was a
wonderful experience for me.
Hypnobirthing is also wonderful during pregnancy to help to prepare for the birth. I highly recommend.

Hi all! I am looking for an overview of hypnobirthing experiences. I'm keen to give it a try. So, have any of you tried this? did
it work? Are the classes better than self-teaching via CD/book?
I want to be able to feel calm in labour but stressing about pain just makes it worse for me.
Any advice will be very much appreciated!
