Childcare Advice, Islington

We live in N5 and I'm looking for advice on child care for my DD who will be 1 when I return to work in February 2014.

Can anyone recommend any nanny agencies with whom they've had good experience? What is the going rate for a full time live out nanny?Can anyone recommend any local childminders?
