Nanny Share in Fulham

I am about to return to work so looking into different childcare options for my baby (7 m/o). I hear people talk about the option of a 'nanny share' as an alternative to a nursery but I have no idea where to begin.
Is there anybody here in a similar situation who might like to share a nanny for 1, 2 or even 3 days a week?
I live and work in Fulham, near Bishops Park.
