How can I get my 16 month old to sleep through the night?

My 16 month old doesn't sleep longer than 4-5 hours at a time! Unfortunately the Cry it Out Method did not work like it did with my 26 month old. I don't know what to do!

Change you routine.

Try to do smth with you kid during the day to cancel one sleeptime.
Give you baby fennel tea before putting them to sleep.
