Going back to work. What do I need to prepare?

I am going back to work within 3 months. The DS in 10 mo. We have not sorted out the child care yet but we are looking... What else do I need to prepare for, especially regarding the feeds?
For now DS is fed on demand mostly, we tried setting him on 3 meals a day but it didn't work that well for us, especially at night. I still feed him to sleep.
What do I do when I'm back to work? Do I start building up a store of breast milk in the freezer? Should I be pumping at work ?
Any advice please?
