The Harley Street Clinic Pediatric

The Harley Street Clinic Pediatric. Is it good? Has anyone ever tried their services? We have relatives that are not UK residents and they have a sick kid we would like to help with, I know NHS won't help in this case since the child is not a citizen. A friend recommended this clinic but she knows nothing about their pediatric ward. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
