I'd go to Whittington if this option is available for you. Deffinitely not North Mid, I heard horror stories about the place. I gave birth in Whittington and it was a positive experience...

I'm looking to put my newborn into a nursery in Pputney when she is about 6 months old. I've found 4 nurseries that may be OK. Asquith Putney day nursery on Norrey road, Noddy's nursery on Gwendolen avenue, Gwendolen House nursery and Puddleducks nursery on Lacy Road. However I'm really struggling to find any up to date reviews for them! Does anyone have any experience of them? Are there other nurseries in Putney I haven't considered?

Hi! I'm looking for any information about Lloyd Williamson Primary School in Ladbroke Grove if you've heard of it. Looking for a down to earth independent school near Queens Park that won't cost too much

Is it any good? I'm trying to choose schools and finding it tricky to decide. Crownfield has good open spaces, but tricky to get to in rush hour. There is Mawney I can get to easier, but I did not hear any good about it. Can anyone help? THX a ton!

Try the independent midwives website, my sister used it to find her midwife. She gave birth at home 4 month ago, the midwife was great

I felt the same at first. now a year after I got back to work it does not stink so strong to be away from my baby... I can't say I do not miss her at all but it is not a constant urge to check up on her anymore. plus I'm lucky to have a good nanny

Hi. It's been 2 yrs ago, but I'm pretty sure the midwives who worked there are still on staff.. well, all I can say is that was a good thing I got to the RLH, the staff at the maternity ward was just great... The food and overall postnatal care was not perfect though...

Definitely NHS. Who of us can say she's 100% healthy and there won't be any surprises while delivering? I'm not sure such superwomen exist in our ecology... In NHS hospitals you can be sure you and your baby will be cared for if anything unpredictable happens, in birth centres I'm not so sure... 

Giving birth at home is the best choice I made. I delivered my first baby at home in a birthing pool.
I have such fantastic memories of the experience! I was nervous about how I would cope with the birth of my first child at home until I read about the benefits of water birth.
I had an amazing pain-free birth without the need for medical intervention or drugs.

My niece goes to Fulham Prep. So far so good as I know. Can't give much details though... 

Yeah, that's dilema... Compare the schools in your area and choose the one that suits your kid the most, private or state doesn't really matter if your child is happy
