The nursery is registered for 25 places. Six of these are in the Baby Room (three months to two years) and 19 are on the Main Floor (two years to five). The Nursery is open 48 weeks of the year, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Situated on the top of Crouch Hill, Bowlers has an unusually large, well equipped garden and children spend a great deal of time in creative play outdoors. The garden is also well stocked with plants and allows the children to explore the natural world in a safe environment.

The two to five year olds are housed on the Main Floor, which has different areas for art, wet play, movement and role play. The babies are cared for in a purpose built Baby Room which allows for quiet play inside but also has a sectioned off outside play area on the Main Floor
